How do I get wholesale prices?
Register as a Wholesale Customer and upload your company documents. Once approved you are charged wholesale prices and can request credit terms.
How do I pay?
Retail orders are paid in cash on delivery. Approved wholesale customers can choose cash or credit within their agreed days.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Every status change is shown in My Orders with a timeline from placement to delivery.
Do prices include VAT?
Listed prices are before VAT. 15% VAT is added at checkout and shown on your invoice.
